Please be thorough and clear.
If you do not own a visual reference, be as descriptive as possible (example photos are preferred.)
Rude behavior will result in a cancellation, please be patient with me.
I reserve the right to decline your commission if you do not follow the rules provided.

II. Payment

All commission payments are to be paid in full before I start on your art.
Failure to pay within 2 weeks will result in a cancellation of your commission, and I will use the sketch in other artworks.
Payment is done through PayPal and in USD, I am not responsible for conversion fees.
You may pay under "friends and family" OR "goods and services", whichever you prefer/most comfortable with is fine with me.

Sketch wips are always sent to the customer to confirm satisfaction before finishing, however, you may ask for progress at any point after as well.
The time window in which your commission will be completed heavily rely on the factors in my life, however, I try not to exceed 4 weeks of waiting time.

IV. Customer Satisfaction

I do anything and everything to satisfy customers if you are not happy with the way some elements turn out please inform me. After a commission is completed and you are happy with it, I will not be able to return to it later and make large changes. Small changes such as small coloring/marking mistakes can always be fixed.
I will only charge a fee if you come back to me with large changes such as outfit, background change, or any large additions/subtractions.
To avoid fees at all, please have a clear reference/description to start out with

V. Copyright/Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. Canceling/Refunding Policy

Refunds are strictly prohibited unless I am physically unable to complete your commission. It is your duty to speak up if you are unsatisfied with the product from an early stage.I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to any and all artwork I have done for you will be revoked and you will be blacklisted.
